Troubleshooting: Repeated Courses on the Academic Progress Report

Troubleshooting: Repeated Courses on the Academic Progress Report

The Academic Progress report isn't correctly displaying repeated courses for satisfying academic requirements and overall academic progress for a degree.
Example: A student retakes a course to get a better grade. On the Academic Progress report, only 1 instance counts toward the academic requirement. However, both instances of the course seem to apply to the overall academic progress for a degree when the second registration is in progress (not graded). There are no remaining requirements. After the student receives a grade for the second registration, the original grade and credit no longer display. Now the student is lacking credits for the overall academic progress. Only 1 instance of the course should count towards the student's requirement.
The configuration to include repeated courses for satisfying academic requirements isn't set up correctly.
