Create Request for Quote Notification Schedules

  • Enable RFQ notifications for the company.
  • Security:
    Process: Request for Quotes - Create/Edit
     domain in the
    Procurement
     functional area.
Schedule a job to automatically notify suppliers when you open or close RFQ documents for bidding.
  1. Access the
    Schedule Request for Quote (RFQ) Notifications
     task.
  2. Select 1 or more
    Notification Types
    :
    • RFQ Open for Bidding.
    • RFQ Closed for Bidding.
The schedule job sends notifications automatically when the RFQs are open or closed for bidding, based on the RFQ start and end datetime.
Open or close RFQs.
