Steps: Set Up Request For Quote Notifications

Create request for quote documents.
Configure RFQ email notifications to send information to suppliers at various stages of the RFQ process.
  1. Access the
    Create Email Template
     task for the company to configure email notification templates with static and dynamic content to suit your business needs for these notifications:
    • RFQ Canceled Notification
    • RFQ Closed for Bidding
    • RFQ Open for Bidding
  2. Select
    Enable Request for Quotes (RFQ) Notifications
     option in the
    Edit Company Procurement Options
     task for the company.
  3. Create Request for Quote Notification Schedules to schedule jobs to send RFQ Open for Bidding and RFQ Closed for Bidding notifications.
Suppliers receive notifications automatically when RFQs are open, closed or canceled.
Open, close, or cancel RFQs.
