Steps: Set Up VIBE Index in People Analytics

The VIBE (Value Inclusion & Belonging for Everyone) Index in Workday People Analytics surfaces key outcome metrics showing where you can foster fairness and consistency across the workforce. These insights help you identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement to cultivate an environment of inclusion and belonging for everyone.
To measure belonging as part of the VIBE Index, you need to be a Workday Peakon Employee Voice customer and opt in to the Employee Sentiment topic.
All requirements and considerations for changing your People Analytics configuration apply when changing your configuration to include the VIBE Index topic.
  1. Review the details for choosing and creating specified groups.
  2. Define the specified group for the VIBE Index
    You can:
    • Use the default specified group.
    • Use an existing field in your tenant.
    • Create a specified group.
  3. Use these details to complete this step:
    • On the
      Manage Topics
       page, enable the topic VIBE Index. You must have at least one other Worker topic selected to enable VIBE.
    • If applicable, on the
      Manage Topics
       page, enable the topic Employee Sentiment.
    • On the
      Field Mapping
       page, map your VIBE Index specified group field to the target field Specified Group.
