Concept: My Reports
My Reports
is a virtual storage area for report output and integration documents. Workday saves report output in My Reports
when:
- Someone schedules a report and shares the output with you.
- You run a report in the background.
- You schedule a report.
- You generate a spreadsheet from a composite report that includes outlining.
When you open
My Reports
, Workday displays the 10 most recent report output files and integration documents. From the related actions menu of a File
, you can:
- Assign, create, or remove report tags by selecting .
- Share report output with up to 2,000 users by selecting .
You must have access to the
Report Output Sharing
domain in the System functional area to share report output.Mobile Support
In the
Mobile
section on the Edit Tenant Setup - System
task, select these check boxes to disable My Reports
or enable users on mobile devices to share and import attachments into Drive:
- Disable My Reports On Mobile.
- Enable Attachments to be Imported From or Shared With External Sources.
