Hide and Delete Fields in a Business View Data Source

Hide and Delete Fields in a Business View Data Source

Security:
Manage: Business Views
security domain in the System functional area.
You can hide both delivered and added fields in a business view data source. When you hide a field, the field remains in the business view definition, but becomes unavailable for use in any report or discovery board. If you unhide a field, the field becomes available to use in reports and discovery boards.
You can delete fields that have previously been added to the business view data source. When you delete a field, the field is permanently removed from the data source and can’t be used in any report or discovery board. You can add a field again after you delete it.
  1. Access the
