Disable AI QuickTips

Disable AI QuickTips

  • Sign the Universal Main Services Agreement (UMSA).
  • Security:
    Edit Tenant Setup - System
     domain in the in the System functional area.
Workday uses AI to generate QuickTips content to assist users. You can disable this feature if your organization prefers not to use AI-generated guidance.
  1. Access the
    Edit Tenant Setup - System
     task.
  2. In the
    Guidance Workspace
     section, select the
    Disable AI QuickTips
     check box.
  3. Click
    OK
    .
Workday no longer generates or displays AI content within QuickTips for users in your tenant.
