Restrict Security for Quick Access Shortcuts

Security:
Set Up: Tenant Setup - General
 domain in the System functional area.
You can exclude external links, tasks, and reports, from Quick Access Shortcuts for specific security groups. Users can add any options that you don’t exclude to their
My Shortcuts
 in Quick Access.
  1. Access the
    Configure My Shortcuts by Admin
     task.
  2. Add 1 row for each security group to the
    Excluded Shortcuts by Security Group
     grid.
  3. For each row in the grid, select 1 or more external links, tasks, and reports to exclude.
