.You can create and send surveys for respondents to complete on their browsers or the Workday mobile app.
You can create a test or quiz by using single-select and multiselect questions and assigning scores to the possible answers. Workday doesn't provide a check box for single-select questions to designate a specific answer as being correct. You can assign a higher numeric score to designate a correct answer. Example: You can set up the score field so that answer choice B out of A, B, C, and D is correct. To set answer B as the correct answer, assign a positive number of points to answer B and assign zero points to answers A, C, and D.

- (Optional) On theSurvey Homereport, clickShareto share a draft survey with other workers so they can edit or launch the survey.
- SelectEdit and Manageto enable workers to view, edit, copy, share, or launch the survey.
- SelectManage Onlyto enable workers to view and launch the survey only.
You can revoke permissions for a worker by removing them from theEdit and ManageorManage Onlyfields. Survey creators never lose permissions for the surveys that they create. - As you complete theSend Surveytask, consider:OptionDescriptionSend to specific organizations and/or individualsSelect whole organizations to respond to the survey or specify select individuals.This option also enables you to send a recurring survey to respondents on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.Send via linkThis option generates a link to send to respondents. Respondents must sign in to Workday after clicking the link to take the survey. You can include this link in Workday Announcements to make it visible to all workers in Workday. - (Optional) To add respondents to a survey that you've already sent, from the related actions menu of the survey, select .You can only add respondents to surveys sent to specific organizations and individuals. If you add respondents to a survey that's part of a recurring series, Workday only adds respondents to that single occurrence.
Respondents receive notifications when they have a survey to complete.
- From theSurvey Homereport, you can:
- Close surveys to stop survey responses.
- Reopen surveys to enable respondents to take the survey again.
- View the surveys that you've saved and launched, including the number of workers who completed the surveys.
- Use theSurvey ResponsesorSurvey Answersreport data source to create custom reports.
