Video: Review the Responses to a Questionnaire

This video shows how a recruiter can review candidate responses submitted through a questionnaire.

In this video, we'll focus on the recruiter experience. After candidates submit their applications and questionnaires, recruiters need to find the right talent, fast. We’ll show you how to access candidate responses, review their scores, and advance the best talent to the next stage.

To get started, I’m logged in as the recruiting administrator. First, I’ll access the

My Candidates

report, and from there, I’ll click on the

Job Requisitions

tab. For this demo video, I am interested in the job requisition for the Retail Salesperson position. I can see that Cynthia Atkins has submitted an application. At a glance, I can see their aggregate score for the questionnaire in the

Total Score

column.

I select Cynthia’s name to have a closer look at their profile. The

Questionnaire Results

tab provides a central view of all the questions they completed as part of this job application. I can see they have answered Yes to the question, "Are you eligible to work in this country?" They have also uploaded a copy of their work permit, and they’re willing to work full-time, which is brilliant. From the candidate’s profile page, I can take action to move their application to the next stage of the hiring process.

You can use questionnaire data in condition rules for several business processes. For example, you can configure Workday to automatically decline ineligible candidates, saving your team valuable time.
