Video: Add a Questionnaire to a Job Requisition

Video: Add a Questionnaire to a Job Requisition

Video Overview

This video shows how to add a questionnaire to a job requisition.

Script

Once our questionnaire is finalized, it must be attached to a job requisition so candidates can complete it during the application process.
Let's create a new job requisition for a retail salesperson and include our questionnaire in the requisition.
We'll create the job requisition by copying an existing requisition. We locate a similar previous requisition for a retail salesperson and choose
OK
.
The copied requisition opens, displaying the recruiting information section. We'll need to complete some details in this section.
We go ahead and modify as required, inputting details specific to the new requisition, such as the
Reason Code
and the
Target Hire Date
.
We move to the job section and scroll down until we locate the questionnaire subsection.
We select our Basic Screening questionnaire and make it the primary questionnaire for both the internal and external career sites.
We won't add a secondary questionnaire in this case.
We'll leave the rest of the job requisition details as they are and move to the final summary so that we can submit it.
We give the requisition a final check and we make sure that our questionnaires have been added correctly.
Yes, they have. So it's now time to submit. After choosing
Submit
,we can view the details of the requisition. If we do this, we can see that the next processing stage is a review by Jane, our HR partner.
After Jane approves the requisition, it can be published to the external and internal job sites.
So finally, let's move to the screen of a recruiter who is authorized to publish the job to the job sites, so that we can see what this publishing process looks like.
We'll show the job being published to the internal job site.
The recruiter selects the
Post Job
task and then locates the job requisition we have just created and approved.
You can choose multiple sites, but for now, we'll just choose the internal site. Before we publish, we'll review the posting.
We're happy with the preview, so we choose
Submit
. Our job has been posted.
