task to launch a background job that mass publishes schedules that are in Draft
status.- Access theMass Publish Schedules for Organizationstask.
- Select a run frequency.
- ClickOK.
- Complete the organization schedule settings:

- Are subordinate to the high-level scheduling organizations that you select.
Number of WeeksDetermines how many weeks to publish a schedule for. Enter a value from 1 to 8.Start DateFor theRun NoworRun Once in the Futurefrequencies, Workday uses theStart Dateto determine the week to publish a schedule.Days in the FutureFor the weekly or monthly frequencies, Workday uses the value you enter in theDays in the Futurefield and the day you configure on theScheduletab to calculate when to publish the first schedule. - (Optional) Complete theScheduletab:

You want to publish schedules the first Monday of the scheduling month beginning on a month 60 days in the future. Configure these options:
