Create Campaigns Worklet for Onboarding
We plan to retire the
Onboarding
landing page and campaigns worklets in a future
update. Workday recommends that you configure the Onboarding
dashboard and worklets for a more personalized onboarding experience.Security:
Set Up: Campaigns Worklet
domain in the System functional area.Create a campaigns worklet to highlight the onboarding process and guide new hires to
the
Onboarding
landing page. This worklet displays on the
Home
landing page until workers complete the steps in the
Onboarding
business process. - Access theCreate Campaigns Worklettask.
- Specify aNamefor the worklet, such asOnboarding.Workday displays this name in prompts when you view or edit the worklet.
- Create aLabelfor the worklet, such asGetting Started.Workers see this label next to the worklet bubble on theHomelanding page.
- At theLanding Pages for Campaigns Workletprompt, selectHome.
- In theCampaigngrid, add a row and specify campaign details:
Option Description Title TextThe title displays at the top of the worklet.MessageThe message displays above the image on the worklet.ImageThe image (such as your company logo) displays at the center of the worklet.
