Example: Configure a Flexible Recruiting Process
This example illustrates a recruiting plan that enables complete flexibility in the recruiting
process. Your company wants to be able to move candidates to any stage in the
process and repeat any stage. For legal and security reasons, you must include
reference and background checks.
Create 2 candidate dispositions on the
Maintain Recruiting Dispositions
task:- Doesn't meet requirements.
- Not interested.
- Access theJob Applicationbusiness process.
- ClickEdit Dynamic Definitionand clickOK.
- In theInitial Stepsection, selectRecruiterin theGroupfield.Only the recruiter can complete theReviewstage.
