Add Eligibility Questions to Job Applications

Example: The job is in Dublin, Ireland, you want to advance candidates that are legally eligible to work in the European Union.
You can have them answer these eligibility questions:
- Are you at least 18 years of age? Or if under age 18, can you provide work permits?
- Are you legally eligible to work in the country to which you’re applying?
- Are you willing to relocate?
- Do you have relatives who work for our company?
- Do you require sponsorship?
- Have you been convicted of a felony?
- Have you been previously employed by our company?
- Can we contact you at your current place of employment?
- What is the notice period that you need to give your current employer?
- What is your current annual salary?
- What is your minimum annual salary requirement?
- When are you available to start?
Example: The age eligibility field maps to the response to the question: Are you at least 18 years of age? Or if under age 18, can you provide work permits?
- Create a questionnaire that includes 1 or more eligibility questions.
- Access theMap Job Application Questionstask.Map the answers to the eligibility questions so you can:
- Include them in theGroupcolumn on theCandidate Listconfigurable grid.
- Use them as facets in theMy Candidatesreport.
Add the questionnaire to a job requisition or an evergreen requisition.
