- Access theEdit Tenant Setup - Recruitingtask. From theCandidate Social Sign-In Providerslist, select the providers that you want candidates to use to create accounts.Example: Google and Apple.
- Enter the message for candidates in theCandidate Social Sign-In Consent Messagefield. This message should explain that the candidate is giving user consent by using their social account for account creation. The message appears above the social sign in options when candidates sign into the external career site.Workday recommends that your message mentions that if Apple users select theHide My Emailoption, email notifications might appear in their spam folder. If your organization uses a custom SFTP for email, add a disclaimer for Apple SSO users. If users select theHide My Emailoption, they won't receive email correspondence from your organization. Candidates must use a different provider to sign in.
- Wait for the Register SSO Client background job to complete. This can take up to 24 hours.
