Recruiting Source Tracking

You can configure Workday to track sources from job boards using the

Recruiting Sources for Auto-Tracking

prompt on these tasks:

Create External Career Site
Edit External Career Site

Provide the source ID value to your job board vendor. The source ID is the same as the integration ID. When a candidate applies to a job using a URL that contains a source ID that you've configured in the prompt, Workday automatically assigns the source to the candidate.

Workday also hides the How Did You Hear About Us? question on the:

Job application
Review page
View My Submitted Application page
