To find duplicate candidates, you can use a calculated field in a business process condition
on a job application. Example: Create a calculated field and add a condition to the
Review
business process that notifies the primary recruiter of duplicate
candidates.Users report performance issues on the candidate list grid.
The candidate list grid uses invalid calculated fields.
- Access theCandidate List Assignmenttask.
- Open the default grid in a new tab.
- Remove these invalid calculated fields:
- Duplicate Candidates
- Duplicates Found

- Custom Report Creation
- Manage: All Custom Reports
- Search Workday for these invalid calculated fields using the field: search prefix.
- Duplicate Candidates
- Duplicates Found
- Select the calculated field from the search results.
- In theClosely Related Indexed CRFsection, select the field from theObject Detailscolumn of theWhere Usedgrid.
- Select theWhere Usedtab to view the usage count and custom reports containing the calculated field.
- Access each custom report listed in theObject Detailscolumn and remove the calculated field.
