Configure Branding for Learning

  • Select file types to upload to Workday on the
    Edit Tenant Setup - System
     task in the
    System Setup
    section.
  • Create condition rules to configure branding for different users on the
    Create Branding Rule
     task.
  • Security:
    Set Up: Tenant Setup - System
     domain in the System functional area.
You can personalize Workday Learning by adding your own banner image and header text to the Learning Home page.
  1. Access the
    Configure Tenant Branding
     task.
  2. Click
    Other
     tab to add the banner image and the header text to the Learning Home page.
  3. As you complete the task, consider:
    Option Description
    Branding Rule
    Add condition rules and apply 1 to each banner.
    For example, you can define 1 banner image for managers and other for external learners.
    When you don't create condition rules, Workday displays the same banner image and header text for all users.
    Branding Image
    The recommended banner size is 1440 x 193.
    To comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines AA (WCAGAA) standards, avoid placing text over the banner image.
    When you don't add a branding image, Workday displays the header text without a banner.
    Branding Text
    When you don't specify branding text, Workday displays this default text:
    What will I learn today?
