Learning Admin Hub
is a centralized landing page for learning administrators, powered by the UI Platform. It provides a single point of access to administrative tasks, reports, and data visualizations, replacing the legacy learning administration dashboards.You can opt in to the
Learning Admin Hub
to replace legacy learning administration dashboards with a modern, standardized interface consistent with other Workday hubs. Until you opt in, you can continue using the legacy dashboards. We plan to retire the legacy learning administration dashboards in a future release. Workday recommends that you opt in to the Learning Admin Hub

, you only see navigation items, tasks, reports, and cards for which you have access. Different security groups can access different areas of the hub. See Steps: Set Up Learning Admin Hub.You can use the

report to configure the hub. You can configure only these overview pages: Overview

.You can access the hub using global search, or add it to the
Global Navigation Sidebar
or global navigation menu for quick access. Workday recommends that you enable the Global Navigation Sidebar
.Functional Areas
The hub organizes information into 5 key functional areas:
- Overview: A landing page featuring snapshots of key metrics and administrative action cards.
- Content Management: A central location to manage the learning catalog, including courses, programs, and surveys.Create and Publishprovides access to Sana content authoring when you have Workday Learning, powered by Sana subscription. Access toCreate and PublishrequiresViewandModifyaccess to theManage: Learning Native Contentdomain.
- Learner Management: Centralizes tasks for assignments, enrollments, campaigns, and grading.
- Reporting and Insight: Provides access to custom and delivered reports through configurable cards.
- Set Up and Access: A configuration area for branding, catalog structure, and security groups.
