Concept: Learning Admin Hub

The
Learning Admin Hub
is a centralized landing page for learning administrators, powered by the UI Platform. It provides a single point of access to administrative tasks, reports, and data visualizations, replacing the legacy learning administration dashboards.
Access to the hub and its specific navigation items is secured by these domains:
  • Learning Administrator:
    Manage: Learning Content
    ,
    Manage: Learning Course Enrollments
    , and
    Set Up: Learning Catalog
    .
  • Learning Trainer:
    Self-Service: Learning Instructor
    and
    Self-Service: On the Job Training
    .
  • Extended Enterprise Administrator:
    Manage: Extended Enterprise
    .
  • Content Creator Access:
    Manage: Learning Native Content
    .
On the
Learning Admin Hub
, you only see tasks and reports for which you have access.
You can use the
Maintain Hubs
report to configure the hub.
You can access the hub using global search, or add it to the
Global Navigation Sidebar
or global navigation menu for quick access. Workday recommends that you enable the
Global Navigation Sidebar
.
