Steps: Set Up Article Downloading

You can download or print published knowledge base articles directly from the
View Article
 task or search results. This feature increases efficiency by removing browser-dependent printing constraints when viewing articles.
  1. Use the
    View Article
     task or search to locate the article.
  2. Select
    Download
     or
    Print Article
     from the related actions menu of the article to open the modal.
  3. Download the article as a PDF or print the article.
