You can set up the Wellness Insights Hub to view key Workday Wellness metrics for your tenant. The Wellness Insights Hub enables you to view aggregated data and analytics for medical plans, dental plans, vision plans, and Peakon health and wellbeing questions.

Access the

Manage Wellness Partners

task.

On the

Data Center

tab, click

Insights Setup

Click

Edit

Add a row for each health coverage tier and health care coverage type mapping. As you complete the task, consider:

Option	Description
Internal	Select a tenanted value to map.
External	Select a Get Workers Data value to map.

Example: You want to map both the internal EE + Domestic Partner
and EE + Spouse
coverage tiers to the singular external EE + Spouse/Domestic Partner
coverage tier. To accomplish this, you select the EE + Domestic Partner
and EE + Spouse
as field values in the

Internal

column and then select EE + Spouse/Domestic Partner
as a field value in the

External

column.

(Optional) To access Peakon Health and Wellbeing metrics, set up and launch Peakon surveys. See Steps: Launch the Survey.

Your organization’s product subscription must include Peakon Employee Voice to access Peakon Health and Wellbeing metrics in the Wellness Insights Hub.

(Optional) Set Up Hubs.

You can customize the

Wellness Insights Hub

by:

Renaming the hub, and sections.

Hiding sections, navigation items, and cards.

Including navigation items to custom reports, custom dashboards, and Extend Apps.
