Steps: Configure Worker Data and Enrollments

  • Connect a wellness partner.
  • Security:
    Manage: Wellness Partners
     domain in the
    Workday Wellness
     functional area.
You can map tenanted data to standardized API values and configure partner-specific overrides and leave management settings. This configuration is a prerequisite for wellness partners to retrieve data using the Get Workers Data APIs.
  1. Access the
    Manage Wellness Partners
     task.
  2. On the
    Data Center
     tab, access the
    Mapping Setup
     task.
  3. Click
    Edit
    .
  4. Complete the task:
    Option Description
    Internal
    Select a tenanted value to map.
    External
    Select a Get Workers Data value to map.
    Worker Data Default Value
    (Optional) Enter a value to output if the returned internal value does not have a configured map.
  5. Click
    OK
    .
  6. Access the
    Manage Wellness Partners
     task.
  7. Access the
    Wellness Override
     task.
  8. Click
    Edit Override
     next to the wellness partner.
  9. Complete the task:
    Option Description
    Overrides
    Select an Override Field and an External Field.
    Employment Information User Defined Overrides
    Configure the Category Name, Category Value, and Category Type.
    Coverage User Defined Overrides
    Configure the Wellness Coverage Override Category Name and Wellness Coverage Override Category Value.
    The calculated fields used as a wellness override must be text-based.
  10. (Optional) Access the
    Manage Wellness Partners
     task.
  11. On the
    Data Center
     tab, access the
    Leave Setup
     task.
    This task is only available for customers that have the Connected Absence use case enabled.
  12. Click
    Edit
    .
  13. Complete the task:
    Option Description
    Contact Type
    Select the Get Workers Data field.
    Role
    Select a tenanted assignable role.
    Options
    (Optional) Select Show Social Security Number or Show Organization Name.
    Vacation Absence Plans and Sick Absence Plans
    Select the tenanted leave of absence types to determine the remaining hours in the Get Workers Data response.
The connected wellness partner can invoke the Get Workers Data APIs to retrieve worker demographic, employment, enrollment, and leave data based on your configured mappings, overrides, and leave setup.
Notify the wellness partner when configuration is complete.
