Steps: Set Up Expense Report Intercompany Processing
- Identify companies with which you want to enable intercompany processing for expense reports.
- Set up expense reports.
- Configure VAT groups with effective dating on your transaction tax rules to include VAT reporting on intercompany expense reports.
You can configure expense reports and intercompany profiles so workers can expense
transactions between companies that have an agreement.
- Access theEdit Company Expense Optionstask.Select theEnable Intercompany Processing on Expense Report Linescheck box for your company and the affiliate companies.Security: TheSet Up: Company Generaldomain in the Common Financial Management functional area.
- Access theEdit Company Intercompany Profiletask and configure any affiliate companies with which you want to enable intercompany processing on expense reports.Select theInitiate Allowedcheck box to enable the company on theTocolumn to initiate intercompany transactions with your company.You can use theView Company Intercompany Profilereport to verify that your affiliate companies have theInitiate Allowedcheck box configured.Security:

On a single expense report, workers can select a different company than the company
on the expense report header for individual:
- Expense lines.
