Configure Receivables Aging Worklets

Security:
Reports: Customer Accounts
in the Customer Accounts functional area.
You can configure receivables aging groups that Workday displays on the customer profile.
  1. Access the
    Configure Receivables Aging Worklet
    task.
  2. Complete the task:
    Option Description
    Aging Group
    When you select the
    Standard
    option, Workday automatically populates these aging groups based on the number of days a customer invoice is overdue:
    • 1-30
    • 31-60
    • 61-90
    • 91+
    When you create more than 6 aging groups, Workday displays only the first 6 on aging reports, aging worklets, and customer statements.
    To include all invoices beyond a certain age, enter
    9999
    in the
    To Days
    field on the the
    Create Aging Group
    task. Example: Your last aging group is for customer invoices overdue by 90 days. When you enter 9999 as its upper limit, Workday includes all invoices that are overdue by 91 days or more in this group.
    Include Adjustments in Aging Report for Customer Portal
    Select to include adjustments in the customer invoice aging report.
  3. Click
    OK
    .
Workday displays the invoice aging group information on the:
  • Invoices and Payments
    Aging
    profile group on the customer profile.
  • Receivables Aging Detail Standard Report
    and
    Receivables Aging Summary Standard Report
    reports.
You can add the receivables aging worklet to your customer collections dashboard.
