Cancel Customer Payments

  • Verify that you haven't deposited the payment you want to cancel.
  • Security:
    Process: Customer Payment
     domain in the Customer Accounts functional area.
  1. Access the
    Find Payments
     report.
  2. From the related actions menu of the customer payment, select
    Customer Payment
    Cancel
    .
