建立日記帳分錄子版本
日記帳分錄 位於特殊類型的子版本中，只能透過日記帳分錄進行更新。這可讓您將手動調整限制為僅接受平衡分錄，同時還能以熟悉的會計樣式日記帳分錄形式顯示這些調整。
在工作表上檢視日記帳分錄版本時，系統會停用儲存格，因為您無法直接編輯。此外，由於日記帳分錄版本與其他版本使用相同的安全機制，因此可以強制執行「必須使用平衡日記帳分錄對實際值進行所有更新」的規則。
建立日記帳分錄子版本
若要建立日記帳分錄子版本，請前往

︰- To choose the parent of the journal entry, select the root actuals or any sub-version.
- From the toolbar, clickCreate New Journal Entry Version.
- Choose how you want the journal entries identified:
- Automatic: The identifying number sequence is automatically generated for each new journal entry. Enter the Prefix and Starting Number. Identification numbers build on the starting number.
- None:New journal entries do not have identification numbers.
- Manual: At the time you create the journal entry, you enter the identification number. Choose a prefix for the numbers.
- Choose the Access Control for each user type. If you hide the version and you have chosen it for actuals overlay on a plan, anyone who can see the plan version can see the overlay data.
- SelectAudit trailto enable it, or leave it unchecked.
- Saveor cancel.
- Drag and drop the new version within the actuals list only. They can also be nested within actuals sub-versions.
日記帳分錄編號
您可以將日記帳分錄設定為自動編號。編號通常是在日記帳分錄子版本的建立期間設定，但也可在子版本建立後再進行設定。如果您將現有的日記帳分錄子版本變更為使用編號，則只會對變更後建立的新分錄進行編號。現有的日記帳分錄不會指定編號。
若要為日記帳分錄子版本設定編號︰
- 前往建模 > 版本。
- 按一下版本清單中的日記帳分錄子版本。
- 在「版本詳細資料」窗格中︰
- 在「日記帳分錄編號」下拉清單中按一下自動並輸入字首和自動編號的起始號碼。
- 或者，從「日記帳分錄編號」下拉清單中按一下手動，然後輸入字首。
- 按一下儲存。
一旦選取並執行日記帳分錄編號方法，就無法變更該方法。例如，如果您將特定版本中的日記帳分錄設定為自動編號，則之後無法再將該版本變更為手動編號日記帳分錄。這是為了保持為版本指派的編號格式完整性。
