Check Your Current Version
Changes in the latest OfficeConnect versions aren't compatible in the older versions. To continue to share reports, your whole team must download the latest version. Team members using older versions won't be able to view or change reports from a later version.
Per-User and Per-Machine Version History
OfficeConnect versions that aren't current expire at midnight on the end date of the allowed grace period. The end dates apply to both the per-user and per-machine installs. Sometimes we can force updates. Depending on your install type, you have these grace periods for upgrading to the latest version of OfficeConnect:
  • For per user installs, the grace period end date is the earlier of either 45 days from the update notification or 90 days from the release date.
  • For per machine installs, the grace period end date is 90 days from the release date.
The version history table might not always reflect the latest release information. For the latest information, see Check and Update Your Version of OfficeConnect on the Workday Community. If you don't have a community account, request one.
