Reference: Workday for Google Sheets Settings

You can manage the settings for your Google Sheets Adaptive Plannings reports using the
Settings
icon in the Workday add-on. You can set these options for each individual sheet or report in a Google spreadsheet.

Refresh
Enable
Auto Refresh
to automatically refresh reports after changing their definition in the report builder. f you update the sheet settings while
Auto Refresh
is enabled, the saved settings are immediately applied to the sheet or report .
Disable
Auto Refresh
to manually refresh reports after changing their definition in the report builder. If you update the sheet settings while
Auto Refresh
is disabled, the saved settings are applied to the sheet or report when you next refresh the report.
Regardless of this setting, you can use the
Refresh
option for a report. Also, in Writeback mode,
Auto Refresh
is automatically enabled to always reflect the latest data in the generated report.
Row and Column Display
Select the suppression settings for rows and columns with either all blanks or both blanks and zeros. The setting applies when you next refresh the report.
Always enable writeback mode
Select the option to always allow writing back or submitting data updates to Adaptive Planning whenever you access the Workday add-on.
Editable Cells
Select the color for displaying editable cells in write back mode.
Pending Edits
Select the color for displaying pending edits in write back mode.
Errors
Select the color for displaying errors in write back mode.
