Reference: Advanced Audit Trail Search Parameters
The advanced audit trail search provides additional parameters to help you find
changes made to versions.
Type of Data Drop-Down Prompt and Selection Box
In the
Type of Data
section, the prompt filters the selection box below
it, enabling you to narrow your search.
Option | Description |

GL Accounts | Narrows the selection to general ledger accounts. |
Modeled Accounts | Narrows the selection to modeled accounts, organized by the name of the modeled sheet
to which they belong. Timespan elements don't display here, but you can
use the Time Periods option to indicate specific
timespan cells. |
Cube Accounts | Narrows in the selection to cube accounts, organized by the name of the cube sheet to
which they belong. |
Custom Accounts | Narrows the selection to custom accounts. |
Assumptions | Narrows the selection to all assumption accounts on any sheet. The
Level filter disappears when you select this
type because assumptions do not pertain to specific levels. |
Shared Formulas | Narrows the selection to general ledger and custom accounts so you can gind changes
made to shared formulas. |
Value Lookup Tables | Find changes made to modeled sheet columns, sorted by the modeled sheet with which
they are associated. |
Spread Lookup Tables | Find changes made to modeled sheet columns, sorted by the modeled sheet with which
they are associated. |
Currency Exchange Rates | Narrows the selection to exchange rates so you can find changes made the Exchange
Rate sheet. |
Consolidation Percentage | Consolidation only. Find changes
made the Consolidation Percentage sheet. |
Other Parameters
Option | Description |

Time Periods | Returns changes made to specific time periods in the timespan.
Example: Changes to made to an account for the Jan-2022 timespan. Time
Periods is different from Time of Change, which returns changes made at
specific time within a defined range. Example, a team member changed the
Jan-2022 timespan cell in September 2021. The lable changes based on
the time periods of your calendar and the time period associated
with the account, column, or sheet you select from the selection
box. |
Source of Change | (Optional) Returns changes the selected users made. |
