Add Columns and Parameters to Outlier Reports

Security:
Access Reports
 permission.
You can add time and versions in the columns of outlier reports to:
  • Display the forecast next to another plan version.
  • Compare the values in each account for the specified time period.
You can use versions as a report parameter. Viewers can then select different plan versions to compare to the prediction.
  1. Access the matrix report.
  2. From the
    Elements
     tab, click
    Time
    .
  3. Drag and drop any time element into the report columns.
  4. Click
    Back to Elements
     and then
    Versions
    .
  5. Drag and drop the prediction version into the report columns under the time element.
  6. Drag and drop another plan version in the same column after the prediction version.
  7. (Optional) From the report columns, drag and drop any version to the
    Parameters
     section.
