Troubleshooting: Can't Find Account on Sheet

Cause
Solution
Your sheet view currently suppresses zeros and blanks and data doesn't exist on this account because either:
  • It's a new account.
  • No one entered data for this account yet.
Change your sheet view to display zeros and blanks.
For modeled sheets:
  1. Select
    Display Options
     on your toolbar.
  2. On the
    Filter Rows
     tab, find the row for your missing account and select either:
    • Clear all
    • Remove group
For standard and cube sheets:
  1. Select
    Display Options
     on your toolbar.
  2. Clear the
    Suppress rows if all zeros or blank
     check box.
Your modeled sheet view currently hides that column.
Change your sheet view to display that column:
  1. Select
    Display Options
     on your toolbar.
  2. On the
    Hide Columns
     tab, find the column for your missing account and clear the check box.
