FAQ: Why do rollup accounts display black fonts during actuals overlay periods?
Your admin disabled actuals for the rollup account. For actuals overlay periods, the rollup account still totals the actuals data of the child accounts that have actuals enabled.
Your admin can fix this by importing the account structure after entering
Enabled
in the Actuals
column for the rollup account.
