Change Dashboard Preferences

Default colors for dashboard charts to represent data series and conditional formatting in charts. The first color is the default color of the first data series, or the first conditional formatting rule. When there's more than 10 data series or conditional formatting rules in a chart, the eleventh defaults to the first color in the theme. You can still change the colors in the chart Appearance Settings.

Customer support access to dashboard backend configuration. When you enable this option, customer support representatives can access the backend of the Dashboard instance. You can keep it disabled by default and enable it only when needed.

Default gradients and gridlines for chart visualizations. These options are enabled by default but you can disable them by toggling them off:

Gradients on Charts
. Gradient styling emphasizes increases and decreases, making trends easier to interpret at a glance.
Gridlines on Charts
. Adds horizontal gridlines automatically and also adds the option for adding vertical gridlines for improved readability and precision.
