permission.Dashboards are self-service, interactive visualizations of data, including Adaptive Planning
data. These basic steps will help you get started.
- SelectDashboardsfrom the main menu.
- Perspectives group dashboards. Example: A perspective for finance or sales.Perspectives automatically have perspective filters for time, levels, and currency. You can add more.
- Dashboards group charts or other data analysis. Example: A dashboard for a specific subject or theme.
- Enhance charts.Each chart type has different options in each of these settings:
Option Description Data SettingsControls the data and appearance of each data series. Options include version, filters, and breakdown.Time SettingsSets the time displayed in the chart. Options include stratum, span, and pinned and unpinned time.Appearance SettingsDetermines the look and feel of the chart including name, legends, and scale. - Perform ad hoc analysis and dig deeper into the data.
