FAQ: How do I remove user edits from a version?

Remove all user data inputs from a version	Clone the version and in the New Version Options section, clear all the check boxes for a completely blank version. You can consider checking some of the boxes, but that might result in the copying of some data. See Create Plan Versions.
Remove user inputs that replaced shared formulas	You can do this manually. See Remove User Edits from Cells with Shared Formulas. You can do this in bulk using the import and export function. See Import and Export Shared Formulas. For bulk updates, we recommend taking these steps: Export and import just a handful of account and level combinations at a time. Sort the exported file by the column, User Edits . Remove all rows that don't have Preserve in the User Edits column. The accounts and levels without Preserve have no user edits. Replace Preserve with Remove . Import using the Update and append option.
