Product Downloads
Based on the location of your Adaptive Planning instance, your authorization URLs and API endpoints can vary. For more information, see Reference: Adaptive Planning Authentication URLs and IP Addresses.
Download and Install OfficeConnect
- The links to the OfficeConnect executables always point to the latest product version available for download.
- Before downloading and installingOfficeConnect, verify you meet all technical requirements. See Reference: OfficeConnect Technical Requirements. Changes in the latest OfficeConnect versions aren't compatible in the older versions. To continue to share reports, your whole team must download the latest version. Team members using older versions won't be able to view or change your reports from a later version. SeeOfficeConnectTechnical Requirements.
- Download and install the latest version ofOfficeConnect:
- For per-user install, use theOfficeConnectSetup.exe executable.
- For per-machine install, use theOfficeConnectMachineSetup.exe executable.
- Check Your Current Version
- Changes in the latest OfficeConnect versions aren't compatible in the older versions. To continue to share reports, your whole team must download the latest version. Team members using older versions won't be able to view or change reports from a later version.
- Per-User and Per-Machine Version History
- OfficeConnect versions that aren't current expire at midnight on the end date of the allowed grace period. The end dates apply to both the per-user and per-machine installs. Sometimes we can force updates. Depending on your install type, you have these grace periods for upgrading to the latest version of OfficeConnect:
- For per user installs, the grace period end date is the earlier of either 45 days from the update notification or 90 days from the release date.
- For per machine installs, the grace period end date is 90 days from the release date.
The version history table might not always reflect the latest release information. For the latest information, see Check and Update Your Version of OfficeConnect on the Workday Community.
