FLOOR.PRECISE
Description
Rounds a number down to the nearest integer, based on the multiple of significance
that you specify. The function rounds positive numbers down (toward zero) and also
rounds negative numbers down (away from zero, becoming more negative).
Syntax
FLOOR.PRECISE(
value
, [
significance
])
- value: The number to round.
- significance: The multiple of significance to round the number down to. If you omit the argument, the function uses the value 1, causing the function to round down to the next smaller integer.
