Deactivate an Access Control Group
Administrator access.
You can temporarily deactivate an access control group and reactivate it again later. Group members won't be able to use their rights while the group is inactive, effective immediately.
Deactivating and reactivating a group doesn't notify its members.
It's not possible to deactivate the Administrators and Employees standard groups.
- Go to .
- Open the access control group that you need to deactivate.
- ClickEdit.
- Toggle off theAccess group activesetting.
- ClickSave changes.
The group is immediately inactive and displays a red circle icon next to its name.
