Change Survey End Date

. You can extend the survey by changing its end date either while the survey is open or before it has launched.
It's not possible to extend (or reopen) the survey once it's in the soft close window, when the original end date is already in the past. During the soft close period, the dashboard has already calculated focus areas and highlighted segments. However, employees can continue answering the survey if they received a link for that survey round.
Changing the survey end date alters the validity window and recalculates scores and participation for all segments included on the survey round. Peakon aggregates answers from the close date minus the validity period (usually 12 months). Allow time for these changes to take effect.

- ClickViewon the survey that you need to configure.
- On the main schedule page, clickChange date.
- Set a new end date.
- ClickSave.
