Theory References

The ESG question set consists of 5 driver categories: Ethics, Financial Compliance & Risk, Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Workplace Safety. This content was developed in alignment with the International Organization for Standardization’s (ISO) 26000 standards which provide guidance on corporate responsibility, first established in 2011.

Considerations

  • ESG does not have a main driver with outcome questions, therefore it doesn’t have a question set dashboard.
  • Users can access ESG data through the heatmap, driver scores, and question scores pages.
  • ESG doesn’t appear on the Curated Insights page.
  • Peakon doesn’t suggest focus areas or actions for ESG, but you can set them manually.
  • ESG doesn’t include resources in the Improve section.
  • The platform does not support company resources for ESG.
  • ESG doesn’t include highlighted segments.
  • ESG doesn’t include survey illustrations.
  • At the moment, Benchmarks for ESG will not be immediately available.
  • Custom questions within ESG cannot be moved to a different question set.
