Troubleshooting: Incorrect Employee Email Address
If an employee has the wrong email added, they will not receive the survey and if this is due to a typo, their email will also likely be marked as bounced.
Correct the email address of the employee as soon as possible. If you update employee records through an integration, make the correction in your Human Resources system. If you update employee records using manual data imports, make the change on Peakon using the below steps. When you update email addresses during a live round, Peakon instantly resends the survey link to those employees who haven't yet answered. This is regardless whether the email originally went through or bounced.
