FAQ: Can I Return to the Survey Later?

When you close the survey page without submitting your answers, your progress may persist when you reopen the page. Answer persistence depends on the method you use to access the survey.
Method
Description
You received a unique survey link and opened it in a browser from Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email.
When you open an incomplete survey in the same browser and on the same device, the browser typically saves your answers in its cache. Because cache storage is not guaranteed, leave the survey tab open until you submit your responses.
You opened your survey within the Workday Peakon Employee Voice mobile application.
When you close the survey within the mobile application, your answers do not persist. The application prompts you to confirm whether you want to close the survey. If you close the application, you must start the survey from the beginning when you reopen it.
You signed into the survey using kiosk mode on a shared device with your employee ID, a one-time code, or a reusable code.
Peakon saves your answers automatically as you complete each question. If you close the browser page or the session times out due to inactivity, Workday redirects the screen to the kiosk landing page to protect employee confidentiality.
When you open the kiosk page again and sign in with your credentials during the same open survey round, your previous answers persist, enabling you to resume the survey from where you left off.
