AI Topics automatically surface and summarize emerging, company-specific topics and themes from employee feedback. This feature provides granular insights into an organization’s unique dynamics, enabling leaders to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement and take informed action.

This is a core enhancement to our current Topics feature, and is subsequently set to replace Keyword and Semantic Topics. This update will roll out in phases over 10 business days.

With this update, we:

Upgrade our technology
by generating topics from your unique comment data, clustering them by meaning, and increasing overall comment coverage. We will also use AI summarization within each topic to reduce analysis time.
Increase actionability
by enriching topics with new data points (Example: % of participants, key segments affected) to guide attention to the right areas. We will highlight the AI topics that need attention. Example: the most mentioned, most negative, or most positive.
Enable analysis across time
by grouping topics into broader Themes, allowing you to track feedback and sentiment trends across multiple survey rounds.
Replace existing topic types
by deprecating Semantic Topics and Keyword Topics and introducing AI Topics as the new standard. We will also replace highlighted topics with highlighted AI topics.

We update the Finnish translation for the core Values question to provide a more natural and clear experience for employees responding to surveys in Finnish.
