We deliver the ESG question set, containing 25 questions to help organizations gather meaningful employee feedback on ethics, sustainability, and workplace responsibility. As part of our investment in flexible listening, ESG is the first question set delivered in our simplified question model. We offer clear question titles for questions and question groupings, allowing for greater clarity in the insights being presented.
We deliver the ESG question set with 25 validated items across 5 dimensions:

Leaders are able to track ESG perceptions, uncover gaps, and set targeted action plans. Administrators can also create question titles for their custom ESG questions.
