We plan to retire the Peakon mobile application for iOS and Android on March 31, 2026.

There is not a direct replacement of this functionality. We plan to release the MyTask integration into the Workday Mobile app prior to the retirement completion, enabling users to complete Peakon surveys in the Workday app. Additionally, users will be able to continue using the mobile web browser for more advanced access for dashboards and surveys. Examples: Safari and Google Chrome. This enables non-Workday customers to continue using Peakon on their mobile device.

We plan to focus on the Connected Experiences (Workday Mobile) capabilities and continue to support frontline workers, by better meeting our customers where they are, in the channels they already use and fully integrated into Workday. The simplification of internal communication will enable customers to drive users to one single app (The Workday App), instead of 2 separate apps, and will in turn increase survey participation.

We recommend that you inform stakeholders, and communicate to managers and employees that they can continue accessing Peakon dashboards and surveys through their mobile web browser. We also recommend that Workday customers consider a rollout strategy of the Workday mobile application as a Peakon survey channel.

We update how Workday Peakon displays the Last Updated date for AI summaries. The date shown now reflects when the summary was last created or regenerated, providing you with a more accurate and timely view of the information. Previously, the date displayed was tied to the round closure date.
