Configurable Participation for Exiting Employees

We deliver a setting in the Data Settings section that enables you to configure how Workday Peakon calculates participation metrics for employees who exit during an active survey round.

We deliver a new

Participation

tab in the Data Settings section within Administration. On this new tab, you can now configure how participation is calculated for employees with a separation date that occurs during an active survey round. We add these selectable options:

Include all exiting employees

: Select this option to count all employees assigned to the round in participation metrics, regardless of whether they respond before their separation.

Only include exiting employees who have answered the survey:

Select this option to only count exiting employees in participation metrics if they actively submit a survey response before they exit.

All Scores Page

With this update, we enhance the navigation experience in Workday Peakon to improve the findability of score data. We're moving score-related information from the Analysis section to the Insights section.

We're also consolidating the Question Scores and Driver Scores pages into a new, single All Scores page.

We will deliver these enhancements:

New Location

: We now move score information from the Analysis navigation area to the Insights area.

New All Scores Page

: We deliver a new All Scores page that replaces the separate Question Scores and Driver Scores pages. This new page contains two tabs: Question Scores tab Driver Scores tab

Security Update

: We're removing the Question scores access right from Administration > Access Controls. Access to question scores will now be controlled by the broader Access Statistics access right.

New Filter:

We add a new multi-select question set filter on the Drivers Scores tab, enabling you to view driver scores for multiple question sets at once.

Driver Card Updates:

We're updating the design of the driver cards on the Drivers Scores tab to make it easier to see key information, such as the associated question set and whether it’s a strength or focus area.
