We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2025 Q3. There can be small changes in the external benchmarks on your company dashboard.
Half-Yearly Update Schedule for Peakon Benchmarks
We are updating the frequency of industry benchmark data from quarterly to half-yearly.
We are changing the Peakon benchmarks update schedule from quarterly to half-yearly. The first half-yearly update will occur in mid-April 2026.
View Previous Round Access Control
With this update, we enhance data access controls for viewing previous survey rounds. We now filter the list of available rounds to only show those a user has permission to view.
We now apply enhanced access controls to the View Previous Round feature. Peakon now filters this list to only display previous rounds that the user has permission to access.
A user can see a round in the list if their access rights match any of the question sets used in that round. If a user's access rights do not intersect with any question sets used in a particular round, Peakon now automatically hides that round from the list.
