Peakon Benchmarks
We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2025 Q1. There can be small changes in the external benchmarks on your company dashboard.
We will move the benchmark update frequency from quarterly to biannual later this year.
We will also move the Q3 2025 production date from November 12th to mid-October.
Industry benchmarks often shift each quarter, making it harder for users to rely on a steady reference point. A biannual update schedule keeps benchmarks stable for longer.
Quarterly updates will continue through 2025, with the final release in mid-October 2025. The first biannual update will follow in mid-April 2026.
