Moments that Matter: Rule Based Questions
We introduce the next feature for Moments that Matter, with the launch of Rule Based Questions. Rule Based Questions support the timing of questions, enabling customers to survey employees in the context of specific events for Onboarding and Exit at the right points in time, ensuring questions are relevant and timely to the experience.
Peakon has recommendations for when each question should be asked, in line with typical Onboarding and Exit experiences. For example: in the Onboarding question set, questions under the Orientation driver focus on early experiences (orientation in a new role, work environment and the organization), so we recommend sending them 2 weeks after an employee starts. Questions related to the Integrating driver, which address manager support and performance objectives, are better suited for 4 weeks after the start date.
Question timings are adaptable both at driver and question level, to fit and mirror a business’ specific Onboarding or Exit process.
We have updated the 'What do I Need to Do' section with detailed configuration steps. We now deliver this feature to your tenant and update the Release Note Type from Coming Soon to Feature.
